Founded in 2004 by Julie Anna Harer, the name ‘Patina’ was chosen for sentimental meaning to a family that has always been involved in real estate. As a gift and surprise to her dad Steve, the brokerage was opened and now they work close together on a daily basis. The name came from a comforting saying from her Mom who collected and decorated with old and new treasures. When a scratch or a stain would appear as they often did, Nancylou would reply ‘ don’t worry, its Patina!’
